Man Escapes with Suspended Sentence for Having Sex with his Girlfriend’s Dog

A 19-year-old escapes with a suspended jail term after shooting a video of himself having sex with his girlfriend’s dog.

When the 19-year-old Wayne Bryson’s girlfriend Amber Hickling was checking his mobile phone to find any pictures of their child, she found a shocking 30-sec video clip of him having sex with her pet Rudi, a Staffordshire bull terrier.

With his act of sexual penetration on his girl friend’s dog, Wayne Bryson has breached the ‘Sexual Offences Act’. Bryson had also admitted to this offence. The Skegness Magistrates Court handed a suspended sentence of four months to Bryson for this offence. When the Skegness Magistrates Court read out this sentence, the public gallery started responding with catcalls. One man even shouted saying “He is a beast, a dog has got no voice.”

After the sentence, Ms Hickling had been talking extensively to the media about the incident and she was clearly disappointed since the punishment given to Bryson who performed a gruesome act was very light. She was quoted as saying: “‘I‘ll never get over him cheating on me … with my dog. While I was worrying about other women, I should have been worrying about my pets. I lost my dog and my boyfriend.”

She said that Bryson should have been put in jail. She said that since it was only a voiceless dog which was abused, he managed to get away as a dog cannot defend itself. If he had done this to another person, he would have definitely got a harsher punishment.

After this incident, she said that her dog was terribly frightened. She wasn’t the same anymore. Whenever she looked at the dog, it only reminded her of what Bryson did to it. So, she had to give it to some other family which could take good care of it. She was extremely unhappy that she had to lose her dog.

Prosecutor Paul Woods had explained in the magistrates court what Ms. Hickling had seen on Bryson’s mobile. It was quite painful to even hear it. He even suggested that Bryson might be having sexual deviant tendencies. However, Bryson’s lawyer Gordon Holt said that even though this was a sexually deviant act, there is nothing to suggest that Bryson had sexually deviant tendencies. His lawyer said that a 19-year-old teenager can do such stupid and disgusting acts for any reason which doesn’t necessarily mean that he had sexually deviant tendencies. He also had no history of animal cruelty. He said that he was driven by madness for 30 seconds and there was nothing more to it.

Even though Bryson escaped with a lighter punishment, he has to live with this for his entire life. He really has to face the consequences from his family and friends. He has been disowned by his family and his relationship with Amber Hickling is obviously over.

In addition to the 4-month sentence, Bryson is banned from owning any pet for the next 2 years. He has also been given a 1-year supervision order. With this act, his name has also found its way to the sexual offenders register
